Hi, I'm Tracey, I am a Doula and I live in Cheshire, just outside Chester. My services cover 1 hour travel radius.

I am a wife, mother and grandma and have a furry friend called Ruby.

I have a wealth of experience working with families of all diverse types, with their unique difficulties and challenges to bring to my role as a Doula. In addition to being organised and practical.

My passion is to provide pregnant and new families with nurturing support on their amazing journey into parenthood. My aim is to ensure you have good quality information to make the choices that are right for you and your family. 

Doulas can help you prepare for birth and what to expect from your healthcare provider and to realise ‘it’s your body, your baby, your choice’! But also, to have confidence that you are the expert on your own body and to lean into your intuition as to what you think and feel.
